Stuff for Baby

Since this has been a relatively quiet week, I thought I'd take an opportunity to do something a little different. I've seen other people ask, and they always get such great responses. So...what is the one baby item you just love or couldn't live without?? Or...what have you seen your friends and family use that you love? I would love for you to tell me, so I can make sure I'm all over it!

(25 Weeks...and proof that I should make Mike stand up when he takes pictures of me)

After reading Kelly's blog, I would be all over that noise machine thingy. Hopefully, Max will be an excellent sleeper and you won't need...but just in case.

Of course, there is the obvious swing! I dont think we would have survived with out. We had twins and one preferred his crib at 6 weeks while the other did not. SO....after many failed attempts on findng the right temp crib for ur bedroom, we finally bought the Co-sleeper and he slept like a champ after that! I think it gave him the illussion that he was in bed with us, if you've seen one, you will know what I mean by that. One more thing.......check out napnanny.com, I never bought one, they werent around in 2007 when mine were born but I have heard nothing but really good things about them. If you have any trouble finding any of the products, feel free to shoot me an email and Ill help you out..girlfrtn23@aol.com

Do I have to pick just one?? I did really enjoy my shopping cart cover. Used it EVERY time and in ALL restaurants. It made me feel much more germ free! Just keep it in the car and throw it in the laundry when it gets dirty.

This is the type I had but there are several.

I love the exersaucer we have--it's a farm theme. So cute, and she loved it! We used the bumbo alot, and I loved her little play mat thing where she would lay down and there was stuff above her to look at. She loved that thing too. I'm sure I'll think of more to tell you later. I can't wait to meet little Max!!

Just realized I never posted any useful info.... bumbo, disposable changing table pads, swing, playmat, baby einstein/exersaucer, mobile for the crib, etc

miracle blanket for sure - best thing that ever happened to me about one month in was getting it in the mail from a friend. love love love it. just now stopped using it.

the noise machine sounds like a good idea to me too. I just have to save up some money to get it, but that will definitely be my next purchase.
