Just as a little PSA here...did you know that they attach those packets of silica beads (like the ones that come in shoe boxes) to the bottom of tables? Well, I didn't. Or at least I figured it would be easy to find and dispose of. Which is why I never removed it when we got a new table two years ago. But don't worry, Max took care of it for me while he was playing under the table today. At first, I thought that he had somehow knocked the stuffing out of a chair while he was playing, but then I looked up and spotted the bag.
At least he was so shocked by busting open a giant bag of fun little beads that rained down on him from above that he didn't eat any of them. The awesome inventor of said silica beads was brilliant, though, and made them clear, tiny, bouncy, and rolly, so that they ended up in five different areas of my house in less than 5 seconds. I'm pretty sure naptime was intended for crawling around on the ground trying to find silica beads.
So, check under your furniture. Live and learn, huh?
