Parade Time

July 4th means the annual parade for the kids in our fun little town. It's really low key, but it is one of my favorite things! I have been looking forward to it for awhile, because I couldn't wait to try out the ol' party wagon. Okay, it's really called a choo choo wagon, but it definitely brings the party.

All ready for the parade...

Ready...

Here we go! Also, it started raining as soon as we got to the town square.

But it ended with a BEAUTIFUL rainbow, so it all worked out.
Just as a side note, my friend and I saw the end of this rainbow. Like, the actual, hit the ground end right in front of us. We felt pretty cool, but we don't get out much.

 So was Addie.

And yes, that's hopscotch in the house. It's been raining...a lot.

 Just relaxing

Go Rangers!

A lot of boys from our church play baseball, and one of the teams a few of them play on just happens to be the Rangers. We wanted to see them play, and we definitely had the gear to dress up and show our support. We had a great time!

Ben Gets a Big Boy Bed

We took the plunge and put Ben is his big boy bed. He loved it, and it went pretty smoothly. The first night was perfect. After that we had a little bit of him thinking he needed to visit brother in his bed, but mostly it has been fine. Our little man is growing up!
